Ian is an inspirational MD who has done a fantastic job making Innovation 1st the company it is today. Ian has a great track record in management consultancy, project management and sales. Positives aside, he is probably the most blinkered Manchester United fan I have ever met. Oh, and back to positives his baby daughter Grace is probably the most beautiful little girl you will ever likely meet! – Rob Morse

Garry is probably the best salesman in the world. His ambition, charm, determination and total dedication to the customer mean that they can be sure that his promise is delivered. Mike Jenkinson

Operations Director

Mike is an efficiency extraordinaire. He loves getting down to details, organising and finding ways to improve processes. This puts him right at home as Innovation 1st’s Head of Operations. He splits his time between running a tight ship in all matters systems-related, overseas sourcing and operations. Mike knows things about most things, he’s like a walking Wikipedia! and he brings with him a sharp sense of humour. – Kristine Gonzalo

Jake Arnold-Forster

Chairman

Jake Arnold-Forster has provided invaluable advice and support in terms of business start-up and growth, potential markets and contacts and has been an all-round sounding board whenever needed. On a personal level, Jake embodies the work-hard, play-hard ethos, and we suspect that he has an elastic diary which stretches to 36-hour days. He’s a keen tennis player and film buff, is a bon viveur in training, and enjoys travelling to places both near and far-flung. – Kim MacDonald

Rob Morse

Project Manager

Rob is someone who makes things happen – his hands are as safe as Peter Schmeichel’s and as accurate as Bruce Lee’s. Having experience in Events, Product Development, Supplier Management, Data, Web and App development projects in sectors ranging from Oil and Gas to Utilities to Finance he brings a range of experiences to the table. Kim MacDonald

Accountant

If Innovation 1st were a ship, Kim MacDonald would be the engine room, ceaselessly toiling away to keep Innovation 1st moving forward. Kim deals with our suppliers, placing and monitoring orders, making sure that they deliver on time and to the highest quality. When Kim is not at work (and that’s not very often), she enjoys researching family trees, the occasional glass of wine and trips to Venice, her favourite city in the world. - Mike Jenkinson

Accounts Development Manager

Kristine is quite an unusual Account Development Manager. She’s young and fresh and has a unique personality. She is full of energy and awesome ideas. You’re also sure to find out that Kristine will make you laugh – she’s our in house comedian! – Demetra Sakelliou

Demi is a creative genius. Give her a brief with a description of what you are looking for, and she will come back with a number of different designs – all awesome!
